So yeah...My rant maybe a little...

This week...well it started off Great! I was all pumped and ready for it to begin...I mean after all it is a short one that is! HAHA I had to go to my aunt's and than had to go to Minot for a few of her doctor appointments that is(and I drive her there since 1 of them is an eye appointment). SO, the moral of the story is that I left after work on Monday night...and if you know me you know how much I prepare in advance to go on a trip! My nature of course is to wait until the last possible second to get all the stuff organized, packed and loaded into the vehicle. I (well my mom) decided that I needed to take toys, play sets, kids stuff out to my aunts' place for her husbands' grandkids and nieces and nephews. So, they have to load that during the day while I am at work than the mess comes because mom has her car at her work, my sister has her car at school and I have mine...YEAH so than they decide to switch their cars and I still have mine and have no idea what to do next but I am at work and decide not to worry about it then. Eventually it all works out in the end as always. Now I am off and need to get home to shower, do my hair, makeup and PACK (shudders) HAHA! I hate that word A LOT! You would think that I would be used to packing and unpacking every week but I definitely am not. Just from this last summer that is
Well in other news...my little sister did her 1st college visit 2 weekends ago now...Strange but true! She went to tour University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. I think that she enjoyed it and she is looking into going there and majoring in Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences. Yeah true. But she got to meet with a member of the Criminal Justice department and talked to them. Now she also has the application process, transcript transfer, and of course the ever loved ACT's to do yet! She hasn't even done those yet. She was supposed to but she had to cancel because she had a Staph infection in her foot and she had to do IV treatments every 12 hours and they happened to coincide with the treatments so we re-scheduled the ACT's.
NOW, here is my RANT...Since when is customer service is THAT HARD! I mean REALLY! I recently stopped at a Drive Thru and I guess that since it was in a small town in North Dakota I figured that maybe they would be half way pleasant...OH NOT! It was 10:45 P.M. and all but still I mean I even said thank you and was nice but do you think that they could be? NO! HELLO! Really???? That was the type of visit that will make me think twice before returning there ever again...OH wait I don't normally stop in that town just because it is usually not the route that I take to go out west but Monday night I had not eaten before I left home and by than I was starving but really I would think that the way that the people were I could have just went somewhere else...and next time I will. I than thought that maybe I could call the survey number on the receipt but there was none so now I can just stalk the people that I need to talk to...and I will! I do happen to know a few people that work for that corp and I can talk to them. It would not be the 1st time that I have complained to him and I hope that it will be the last! Although I know that he does appreciate the information and that he does his job seriously because he did tell me that the last time I had a horrible experience he told me that he would be going back there to confront them and tell them that he did have a talk with someone that said that she will never be going back there again...and he knows that I do mean it! There are so many choices out there that I can choose another place next time...AND INTEND TO! So, now I need to go off and stalk someone's email address.
Ok, I am off my soap box now! HAHA! I love to rant sometimes and I have been bottling this one up since Monday night...although when it was happening I was on the phone but I was/am the person that if I am at a place I will either hang up the phone or I will put it off to the side while there is a person looking at me or waiting for me just because I do find it to be a common courtesy to pay attention to the person that you are looking at and not to the person on the phone because you can always talk/call the person back.
Now, I am off to bed. My last night in Minot and then I am off to my aunt's again and than to Grand Forks. I want to see someone BUT I am sure that he is in the Minneapolis region working there now...or Michigan. If only I knew because that would make next weeks' trip so much easier. Also if he is in Minneapolis or Michigan he will be in Grand Forks in 2 weeks when I am there and GUESS WHAT!?!? I will see him then!
"He" is kind of a long, weird and complicated story...BUT let's just say that I am going to *finally* admit that YES I do like him! Never thought that I would have to admit it but I am going to. So I can't wait to see him again! The last time was nice but it was an adventure to see him and take much grief about it!
